Shipping Policy

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After that window, production begins and cancellation of the order will not be accepted. 


Production timeline is 10-14 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays)


Local & Interstate Shipping

  • Lagos delivery: 1-2 working days
  • Other Nigerian cities: 5–7 working days.

International Shipping

  • Processing: 5–7 working days
  • Tracking details will be sent via email once your order ships


Customs and Duties: All duties and import fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for estimates and regulations.


Failed Deliveries

Please ensure that your shipping address and phone number are correct at checkout. If a delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete details, you will be charged a re-delivery fee. Seun’dele is not liable for missed deliveries caused by inaccurate information provided by the customer.
